MULTIVAC Türkiye has an opportunity for a Senior Service Sales Responsible in Istanbul.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, increasing account dedication, timely communication, and follow up.
• Work with our customers to discuss the benefits of Multivac service offerings and define the scope and pricing for service agreements.
• Manage, create quotation, and sell service products including service agreements, spare parts, repairs and unit overhauls.
• Introduce new service products, campaigns and promotions.
• Keep close contact and with Technical Team and other Internal Departments.
• Preparing reports for opportunities/quotes, sales, annual renewal of service agreement and other internal procedures.

Qualifications:

•       University degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) combined with excellent sales skills. 
•      Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the machinery industry would be a plus.    
•      Excellent command of English
•      Strongly creative with an analytical mind , result oriented, self-motivated, positive and energetic.
•      Proven self-starter and independent worker who can work with cross-functional teams.
•      Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, able to work in a team.
•      Excellent knowledge of MS office programs.
•      Ability to travel in and out of country.
•      Completed military service for male candidate.
•      Driving license (class B)
