 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. It was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Senior Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist" with the following qualifications to be assigned to the Finance Department of our company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of quarterly solo and consolidated financial reports and footnotes in accordance with IFRS,

• To analyze the accuracy and adequacy of financial statement accounts according to IFRS,

• Ensuring that reconciliations are made consistently in accordance with procedures,

• Creating Reporting Business Review instant reports and presenting them on time,

• Preparation of management reports on a monthly basis,

• Managing relationships with external auditors,

• Preparation of CMB report on a quarterly basis,

• Supporting the finance team within the scope of CMB reporting,

             REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Business, Economics, Economics, Finance, Finance, etc.),

• Experienced in IRFS and CMB reporting,

• Preferably with experience in one of the Big Four audit firms or in related fields,

• Preferably with a CPA or KGK license,

• Speaks English very well,

• Able to use SAP and Excel programs very well,

• Prone to teamwork,

• Strong communication skills,

• Thinking analytically, open to development, willing to research and learn,

• Knowledgeable about financial analysis, financial modeling and reporting,

• Min. 4 years of experience in the field of financial reporting,
